How to Use:

For facial exfoliation, apply 1-2 times a week on freshly cleansed damp skin in light circular motions for 30 seconds. Remove with cool water and follow with your Truth Treatment Systems regimen.

For body exfoliation, apply 3- 4 times a week on feet, knees, elbows, or thickened calloused skin. Rinse clean and apply Omega 6 Healing Cream.

Great Exfoliation!

If you are looking for an exfoliator that was gentle yet powerful, this is it! It has the right amount of grit to really give a good exfoliation with out stripping the skin. My skin was so soft for 2 days after using this. It has a nice light lavender scent to it as well which makes it very relaxing!

Great Product

Great for exfoliating. You have to be gentle with it and not rub too hard but I like the ground up pumice. There is a lot in this product and it feels like it's actually doing something. I use it a couple times a week. I thought the lavender in this product would be too strong but it's not. I have super sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate it. I make sure to use my Truth Treatment Transdermal C right afterward.

Not my Scrub

Unfortunately, I don't like this product at all. When I use it I feel like I've got sand on my face and my skin is peeling off. Unfortunately, there is no peeling that is better than that from ZO Skin. 3 points for the ingredients. I wouldn't buy it anymore.

Another amazing product.

I have been using this on my arms and legs several times a week. Light lavender fragrance and finely milled pumice leavesmy skin feeling soft and exfoliated.
