We strive to ship your order the same day it’s placed, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders ship free via Standard Shipping— transit time is typically 2-8 business days.

To protect against stolen/missing packages, orders over $400 will require a signature upon delivery. You can override the signature requirement by choosing the “Free Standard Shipping” option at checkout. Please note below that Freeze Co Beauty is not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels, and you are assuming 100% of the liability in the event your parcel is lost or stolen. For expedited delivery, faster shipping options are available at checkout. UPS Next Day Air is our fastest shipping method and is only available in the continental US. Please note: these shipping options may not offer Saturday delivery.

In rare instances, products may become out-of-stock. If this happens, we will notify you via message on the website or email that these items will have delayed shipping due to their out-of-stock or backordered status whenever possible. "Pre-ordered" items are typically shipped the same day we receive them. 

Undeliverable/Refused Shipments:

We assess a $15 fee on all shipments returned to us for any reason, including shipments refused, shipped to the wrong address, or marked "return to sender." Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your payment at checkout. 

Missing Shipments:

Occasionally, packages are marked delivered before they are dropped off. We ask that you wait 24 hours to see if the package gets delivered. We also ask that you check with your neighbors and outside your home. Typically, shipments are delivered to a neighbor by mistake. If you cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the carrier as soon as possible so they can geolocate the precise drop-off location. If your order still cannot be found-- please contact us at support@freezecobeauty.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help locate your package. If your tracking shows the status of "delivered," Freeze Co Beauty has fulfilled our obligation. Freeze Co Beauty is not responsible for packages misdelivered, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. 

International Shipping:

All international sales are considered final and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Freeze Co Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package. 

Please research your country's import fees and taxes prior to placing your order as they can be costly. The shipping options at checkout are non-refundable and do not include any import fees. A customer’s failure to pay their import fees will result in the forfeiture of their order. If an international package is refused or undeliverable for any reason, it will be abandoned at customs and there will be no reimbursement or refund for the product(s) or the shipping fee. These charges vary from country to country and are not calculated or collected by us in advance. Canadian residents can estimate their import fees by visiting the Canada Border Services Agency

While USPS First Class Mail International is the most affordable option, we urge you to consider choosing a shipping method with insurance as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Freeze Co Beauty has fulfilled its obligation when the tracking shows the shipment has departed the United States. 

Freight Forwarding:

We reserve the right to cancel shipments shipped to freight forwarders. If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, Freeze Co Beauty cannot be held liable for any transaction with a forwarding company. Once the tracking confirms delivery to the freight forwarder, Freeze Co Beauty has fulfilled its obligation.
