Refund & Return Policy for US Customers:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a Freeze Co Beauty purchase or gift for any reason, we welcome you to return new or gently used products for a refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Alima Pure, Henné Organics, and Kai Fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Products must be returned in the original packaging with 50% or more product remaining. Returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a refund. All returns are processed via our Returns Center to expedite processing your refund. Please note: we reserve the right to limit returns to a maximum of 3 individual product returns per 365-day period.

Sets/Bundles: 

Sets/bundles are sold "as-is," and products cannot be substituted, customized, and/or returned individually. 

Return Shipping: 

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider purchasing trackable shipping with insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return request is approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returns must be in their original packaging and postmarked within seven days of receiving an RMA. 

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our facility. 

Gifts With Purchase (GWP):

We occasionally substitute our regular foil sample packets for a higher-value gift with purchase.We limit gifts to one per customer to ensure everyone has the opportunity to receive one. If you receive a gift with purchase, you must include it with your return, unopened and unused. If the gift with purchase is not included in your return, or has been used, then the total value of the GWP will be deducted when we issue your refund. Foil sample packets are yours to keep and enjoy. 

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit to your original payment method will be issued. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return request or refund at any time.  

Beauty Bucks Rewards Points:

If you return a product, any rewards points earned on the purchase of that product will be deducted from your account. 

Discrepancies/Damaged Products/Defective Devices:

If a wrong product is received, your order arrives damaged, you are missing an item, or you have any other dispute, please email us at support@freezecobeauty.com within seven calendar days from the delivery date. Please include a photo(s) of any damaged merchandise in your email. Please retain all packaging and shipping materials, as we may require you to return the shipment to resolve the dispute. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label if the shipment you received has to be returned to us.

Missing Shipments:

Occasionally, packages are marked delivered before they are dropped off. We ask that you wait 24 hours to see if the package gets delivered. We also ask that you check with your neighbors and outside your home. Typically, shipments are delivered to a neighbor by mistake. If you cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the carrier as soon as possible so they can geolocate the precise drop-off location. If your order still cannot be found-- please contact us at support@freezecobeauty.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help locate your package. If your tracking shows the status of "delivered," Freeze Co Beauty has fulfilled our obligation. 

Undeliverable/Refused Shipments:

We assess a $15 fee on all shipments returned to us for any reason, including shipments refused, shipped to the wrong address, or marked "return to sender."  Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your payment at checkout. 

International:

We apologize; we cannot accept returns or exchanges outside the United States. All international orders are final.

Freeze Co Beauty reserves the right to change or update this return policy at anytime.
