Elegant eye serum in new packaging

I find this serum smooths and tighten my eye area and has kept dark circles and puffiness at bay. I use a small pea sized drop for both eyes, morning and night. It hydrates during the day without smearing my makeup or mascara, but I do use an eye cream over it at night. Best of all, they have FINALLY put this serum in better packaging, so I can dispense just the right amount. I never bother trying other eye serums. This is the best for my delicate eye area.

It Seems To Be Working!

I received a sample of the eye serum and enjoyed it so much I bought one. You only need a drop and it sinks in beautifully! I swear it's working on softening fine lines and reducing puffiness - hope to see additional results the more I use it. I really do enjoy the NeoGenesis products!

Meh

I purchased this product after contacting the manufacturer, Neo Genesis, to ask if it is effective on under-eye bags. The manufacturer assured me that it would be. I saw minimal, if any, improvement on my under-eye bags - similar to what I’ve experienced with other products that are half the price of this one. I also noticed no change in my dark circles or fine lines.
